Ovulating after MC

finished bleeding a couple days ago after my first MC at 6w and now so worried I’m going to miss my next ovulation. Before I got pregnant my period was extremely regular at exactly 28 day cycle and I knew when I would be ovulating and we got pregnant on our first try but now I have no idea. We’re just going to have sex everyday/every other day until I either test positive again or get my next period (whichever comes first)🌈. My hcg never got very high only about 2000 so it’s already down to pretty much 0 so I’m hoping I’ll ovulate soon 🤞🏼 does anyone have any success stories about getting pregnant again after a MC before getting your next period?

    Did your doctor tell you to track your HCG down to 0?  Because the problem here is that if you don't do that, you may think you're 'late' and take a PG test, and it will show positive, and you will be all excited, but you won't actually know if that PG test positive is from HCG left over from this MC or from a new PG.  And then you'll be really distressed as you have to get bloodwork every 48 hours to see if the number goes up or down to see if it's a new viable PG or not.

    But yes, you can absolutely get PG again during your next O.  You can read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and do Basal Body Temping to determine when/if you O'd.

    MC #3: October 17, 2016 (CP)
    RE #1: RPL testing November 2016-January 2017

    Lupron Depo March 2024.  Benched 3 months.

    FET #1: June 3, 2024 (failed)

    Lupron Depo June 2024. Benched 3 months again before next FET.

    FET #3: December 2024 (failed)
