Light pink Discharge at 12 weeks

Curious if anyone has experienced light pink discharge at 12 weeks pregnant? This is my third pregnancy and hav never experienced this.

    I have not, but this is my first pregnancy. Sounds like it’s worth reaching out to the OB if it is a new symptom, but I wouldn’t rush to the ER unless bleeding heavily

    I experienced this last week at 12 weeks. I was surprised when I wiped in the AM and saw it. I called my OB, and since I’m close by, she was able to fit me in within 30 minutes.  Everything between me and baby checked out fine and she told me to take it easy and practice pelvic rest for a couple of days. The spotting ended up stopping within 24 hrs.

    I had brown spotting at 12 weeks once and my NT scan went well a few days later. I had brown spotting again around 14 weeks and my OB said they weren’t concerned. It stopped after a day. I have another scan at 16 weeks so hoping everything is fine 

    i think they were caused by 1 - lifting too heavy at the gym and 2 - running around too much during my commuting during a heat wave
