I went pee and got distracted looking at my phone and sat for an extra 5 minutes. And when I got up, this was in the toilet. Is this something to be concerned about? According to this app I’m 5 weeks 6 days today. I did start feeling some cramps about 30 minutes before I used the bathroom. One thing about earlier today is I didn’t drink much water. I had a cup of coffee, a soda, and little bit of water. Would any of that cause the weird brownish tissue & cramping?

Never seen anything like that before. Do you have a doctor or midwife to ask? Even at your normal gyn office if you’re still searching for an OB?
