12 week checkup worries

Earlier this week I went in for my 12 week ultrasound. Despite baby being extremely stubborn and refusing to get into the proper position to do tests, the ultrasound tech said I'd have to do additional testing. When I met with my doctor, she said that one of the tests said that it was "borderline" and then stated the result was "slightly elevated" I now have to meet a high risk doctor and as a young FTM I am worrying. I did the blood draw for the MaterniT21 yesterday. Has anyone else experienced this and have had good results?

    was this the NT screen? I believe this test assesses for chromosomal abnormalities like Down syndrome. I’ve heard it has a false positive rate of about 5% so it’s good you are getting the NIPT which is very reliable!
