I just found out im pregnant. According the app I’m 4 weeks pregnant. I’ve been experiencing cramps off and on. Has this happened to anyone else ? Is this normal ?
Absolutely! I had terrible cramping at 4 weeks for several days and was absolutely certain my period was around the corner. I was so sad. That same week I had an HSG of 278 and then a second 48 hours later of 780+ and now I’m 8 weeks and we have seen and heard a heart beat! I find every time I’m close to moving into the next week, I get some cramping that I know attribute to growth! I’m just very sensitive to every sensation and it doesn’t fill me with so much fear any more.
Thank you for you comment! I’ve been having cramping for 5 days now and I’m at 4 weeks. At first I was worried my period was coming until I got a positive pregnancy test! Now I’m worried it could be something else. Ectopic pregnancy? The only symptom I have would be the cramping. The wait until you finally heard your babies heartbeat must have been horrible! Congratulations by the way! 😍
I'm at 9 weeks now and the cramping can sometimes be super intense. I freak out almost constantly. I've experienced years of infertility and this is my first successful pregnancy after going through IUI/IVF for multiple years now. So every time I get cramps, I panic. Fortunately my doctor keeps telling me that everything looks good and this is normal. It's reassuring to me, though, that other women experience the same thing and I'm not the only one concerned about cramping.
I'm currently 5wks, and cramping + increased sense of smell have been my only symptoms. And even though the tests showed positive multiple days, it still feels as if my period will start any day. Such a a weird sensation!
