Pains

in 1st Trimester
Hi everyone. I’m 12 weeks and 4 days. I keep getting these little twinges of pain kind of near my vagina but not in stomach area. They’re not severe but it is a new sensation and wondering if anyone else has had this.

    Look up round ligament pain.  It typically starts in the 2nd trimester but it can happen as early as the end of the 1st trimester.  It could be what you are feeling.
