Not as far along as i thought, help!

A blood pregnancy test i took 3 weeks ago said i was 5 weeks so my Doctor made my appointment for today, assuming i'd be 8 weeks, going by my LMP i'm 10 weeks, well when it came down to finding out how far I am... i'm 6 weeks 4-5 days and now i'm in a slump and pretty upset. I know I shouldn't be but it's a weird feeling.

    HCG is not typically a very good indicator of development since each week ranges so much. You could have ovulated late if you were not temping, meaning the LMP might not mean much. The best way to see if everything is going normally is 1)Your HCG is doubling and 2)They see development on the ultrasound. If your doctor isn't worried I wouldn't be either.
