am i pregnant or delusional?!

in 1st Trimester
okay so, about a week ago i tested positive, and then following morning I tested positive again. i just felt pregnant LOL.

and then I did a following test, each morning and the last 2 came back negative.

throughout the last 4 weeks, I have felt nauseous, extremely fatigue, overly emotional (crying EVERYDAY) sore boobs, cramping daily etc etc.

I got a blood test done yesterday, though it came back 4 hcg (negative). and then I started bleeding (it was light and pink at first, now has progressed to a red/ brown, mucus-like texture). its light, and not painful/ no cramping.

i feel so crazy for even writing this because the signs are clearly showing I'm not pregnant, though internally I feel like I am??!

Has anyone experienced this and ended up being pregnant, or am I just delusional...

I'm going crazy lolll. THANK YOU!

    It's called you are not pregnant and your cycle is is different this time around.  Your period sounds like some of my periods with endometriosis.  
    PMS symptoms can replicate pregnancy symptoms.

    The fact that you got 2 positive tests could mean you were pregnant and had a very early miscarriage. If that’s true I’m sorry, (I’ve had 3), but that’s what it seems like to me.
