Has anyone gotten a foul smell stuck in their nose that won't go away?

I smelled a bad smell from the trash, and for some reason I swear I smell it everywhere I go now. I know it's all in my head, but it's like my nose won't let go and it is make me more nauseated than I already am. I am between 7 and 8 weeks pregnant now, and this has been happening frequently. Anyone else experience this?

    I am 8 weeks and this happened to me the other day!! Exactly what you’re describing. It was the worst!! Also I feel like everything generally smells terrible. I hate how my house smells even though it’s clean lol. I just ordered a diffuser and some lemon oil so I can smell something else!
