I have dealt with that for almost 15 yrs, so it's not new to me. Try keeping a log and seeing if it is happening at a certain time each night. It took over 10 yrs for me to realize I was having my blood sugar drop each night. Typical 3am diabetic dip. I'm not diabetic but I am insulin resistant (which we didn't know at the time). Make sure you tell your doc. Could just be pregnancy hormones. But could also be something else.
