    My kids have fifths disease which is usually no big deal, unless you are pregnant. I swear nothing can go right this pregnancy. I will need tigers for parvovirus and if I’m not immune probably the whole gambit of tests and monitoring

    @theneno1012 oh no! I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Prayers you are immune and don’t have to go through all that testing!

    Thank you. Going for the testing today. I had a bit of breakdown yesterday but now my more rationale brain is kicking in to tell me that statistics are in our favor here and I’m going to try not to panic

    I started panicking because I have my nail room set up in Emalines nursery and decided I need to get all my nail stuff out and into a new area so we took a very expensive trip to ikea and began to rearrange several rooms and areas in the house to make this work, and when we were moving my sons desk in his room we see this image in the corner of the room. Pure panic. We were luckily able to get someone out first thing in the morning, but a pipe had broken and it was leaking water above my sons room. We are having to have all the flooring in his room replaced as it all warped. We have to have 4 ft of drywall pulled out and replaced on each side of the corner from top to bottom. That whole area in the ceiling. The whole room needs to be repainted and retextured to match. This is costing us 5k. This is 5k we definitely don’t have to spare, especially after that expensive ikea trip. Very upsetting for sure but I’m glad we caught it before the water ruined the beams and house structure.

    @lolothenailtech oh no :(😟. Glad you guys caught it but I’m sure the unexpected expense at this time is quite a lot to deal with. Ugh. Hope they are able to get all the work done soon

    Had another growth scan and she went from 13th to 11th percentile.  Everything looks good otherwise 🤷‍♀️ We'll still do maternal fetal medicine ultrasounds to check on her since she's hovering right around the growth restricted percentile. (<10%). Trying not to stress about it and hope that everything turns out okay for her and I!

    The saga continues - I got a message from a PA at the OB office saying my parvovirus results were positive and I need to see MFM. Now I know enough to be reasonably certain she misinterpreted the result (she interpreted the presence of antibodies as positive rather than looking at the type that were positive and the type that were negative) - but didn’t send the message until they had the phone lines shut off for the day (and the weekend) so I couldn’t call and follow up. I have really been disliking this practice this time around and am seriously considering switching to another health system even though it’s this late.

    @sph97 hope your photos go well! I also feel better when putting on a little makeup.  Just got mine done last week and anxiously awaiting to see them.
