2nd Trimester

Mood swings

Some days I feel amazing and am so productive, some days I feel like I weigh 1000lbs, my clothes are touching my skin too much and walking makes me want to cry. Just looking for validation that I’m not being overdramatic/suggestions for things to help on the bad days!

  • I'm curious if you're tracking what you're eating, how much exercise you're getting, or how much sleep you're getting? I've noticed I feel way worse on days when I didn't get good sleep the previous night (usually because I feel uncomfortable due to some aches/pains), and consequently I will also be less likely to exercise or eat well. So it kinda becomes a self-feeding cycle.
