  Taking Benadryl, Claritin, and/or Tylenol would be a safer choice. The phenylephrine in NyQuil narrows blood vessels including the ones that give oxygen to your baby. I like Flonase nasal spray for the stuffy nose and Tylenol for the body aches.

  I agree @lqbtqmommy! I had a cold a few months back and took both Flonase and Tylenol. Both were approved by my doctor office.

  You can take alternatives such as Benadryl or Tylenol.
