Wow, that is a long wait! You'll practically be in your 2nd trimester. Mine is May 28th. I'll be 8w2d by my reckoning. But, we also won't have any tests or ultrasounds before then.

I feel like thats annormal time to wait if you’re seeing an RE. They monitor the pregnancy so closely. I am seeing an RE for ultrasounds as well, wont be released from their care until 9-10 weeks, then I can be transferred to OB.
My OB wouldnt see me until after 8 weeks anyway, so I am glad I am seeing RE in the meantime.
Pretty similar here in terms of seeing an OB. I find it pretty incredible you can’t be seen by an OB until at least 8 or 9 weeks if you are lucky. We are pregnant through IVF so we are still very closely monitored and followed by our clinic who performed an ultrasound at 6 weeks and 2 days which I really appreciated. We see them every week, it’s very reassuring but not inexpensive.
Reproductive Endocrinologist. We did IVf to get pregnant. It seems like a lot of clinics monitor their patients for several weeks. At ours, they do one ultrasound around 7 weeks and if all looks good, they release you to your normal OB.
Mine is at 7.5 weeks and they said it was an “intake” with a nurse (new OB clinic to me). I hope there will be an ultrasound but I actually don’t know!
Mine is at about 7 weeks. Excited to get an ultrasound and see/hear baby for the first time! 🤍 I also did an intake appt with a nurse this past week (Week 5) and got all the bloodwork done.
Hope everyone keeps us posted! I’m always eager for any updates so as you have an appt - let us know how it goes!
My first official OB appt (in person) is in two weeks! I will be 9 weeks pregnant then! Today I’m 7 weeks and have a follow up ultrasound with our IVF clinic next week! I got very crampy last time so while I am excited to see the ultrasound, I tend to feel pretty crummy after.
Just talked to my OB today - first US will be June 17th (I’ll be 9wks then)! And YES! Please whoever is first, start a US thread so we can ooh and ahh! 🥰
I had my first appointment yesterday. According to the last day of my period, I should have been 7 weeks 3 days but she said baby is measuring at 6 weeks and 6 days. Since it is within 5 days she is keeping my due date at January 3rd. My first was/is small so I'm not surprised. She wasn't sure if we would be able to hear the heartbeat but we did and she said it sounded good. There really isn't much to see but I can start a thread and share a picture.
My first appointment and ultrasound will be at 6 weeks and 5 days. I actually had my annual scheduled and we changed it to first maternity appointment.
My first appointment is next week on 5/30 at 8 weeks 4 days. I haven’t had an ultrasound yet and I had a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks 4 days back in October so I’m very nervous for my first appointment

Same. I got my bloodwork done yesterday (05/22) and my first ultrasound will be 06/12. My results came back today and my HCG Levels are really high.. I’m not sure what that means. I’m supposed to be 5 weeks and I have levels of 6/7 weeks.
Mine is July 1st. I will be between 9 to 10 weeks by then. They wanted to see me at 8 weeks but my OB didn’t had an appointment then, and I wanted one only with her haha
I also got pregnant via IVF. I am still under care of my RE. I had my first ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days. They were able to see his heartbeat and he was measuring perfect. My next ultrasound is set for 6/4. I'll be 7 weeks 6 days then. As long as everything goes as planned, I'll be graduating from my clinic and then will work on scheduling something.
On 6/5, I have a tour set up for a birthing center. Everything looks amazing with them so if your goes well, I'll plan on scheduling there. If not, then I'll pick out an OB and do traditional hospital route.
