CONSTIPATION 💩

Hello lovely ladies, I’ve always suffered from constipation but it’s worse when I’m pregnant! I just found out I’m 5 1/2 weeks pregnant with my 3rd! Is there anything that helped you during pregnancy? Thanks!

Lots of water and fiber, especially legumes, has helped me.
