Just curious … are you girls hoping for a specific gender ? I know we ultimately want a healthy baby. And will be happy with that … but I want a little girl so bad this time ! Have a boy who is 8. So it would be nice to have one of each. Fingers crossed … lol … but healthy is obviously the most important thing.

    I’ve always wanted a boy. I have two perfect nieces and want a boy in the family. That being said, agree healthy is most important. And girls/women are amazing so I would be pretty damn thrilled with a girl too.

    I am hoping for a healthy baby but excited to find out the gender! How early can you typically find out?

    I have one boy and one girl, so this one is the tie-breaker! I'm really fine with either one. 
    I think the NIPT blood test can tell you really early. There's also something called "Nub theory" that my ultrasound tech told me about with my 2nd, and she predicted the gender of my daughter accurately at one of our first ultrasounds. Otherwise, you have to wait til your 20 week scan.

    I have a 3yo little girl and despite being a tomboy myself I would love another girl! We didn't find out what we were having the first time and I was SO sure it was a boy haha! Surprise! We aren't finding out this time either :)

    I did the sneak peek test with my son at 8 weeks and it was accurate! he is now almost 4. I'm definitely going to do it again when I hit the 8 week mark!

    I have a daughter and a bonus-daughter, so I’d be nice to have a boy. I even used affirmations of having a boy while ttc :D  But either way I’ll be happy

    My first was a boy, and while a healthy baby is priority #1, I’m not going to lie, I’d love to have a baby girl this time around! I ordered the sneak peak and plan to take it after my first appointment on June 4th around 7-8 weeks.

    We did IVF and FET and did the genetic testing so we already know we are having a little boy!! Very happy. We have a girl embryo as well for the next time so hoping we ultimately get one of each! At the end of the day, just grateful to be expecting.

    I found out between 10 and 11 weeks from my NIPT test

    Just did the sneak peek test today! First time mama with no real preference either way, but just so excited to know!!

    We're hoping for a boy, while dressing up a daughter would be so adorable, I'd like my future daughter to have an older brother. This is our first pregnancy.

    I have 2 girls. A girl would definitely be more convenient because we already have all the girls stuff but it would be exciting to have a boy too. 19 of my parents grandchildren are from my sisters and I. 4 of them are boys and the rest girls. So…we’re good at having girls😂 (i know its the sperm the determines gender though so really we have nothing to do with it😂)

    Sneak Peek results came in earlier this week, according to the test we’re likely expecting a boy! Our twins seem to be fraternal, so babies could be Boy/Boy or Boy/Girl. So exciting!

    Hey all - new to this pregnancy thing and wondering what the “sneak peak” is and how you access it? Is it covered by your insurance? I’m still trying to sort if my insurance covers NIPT, but it’s not looking good :(

    @fk18 So the Sneak Peek test is just an at home test. I got mine on Amazon HERE but I believe it's also in some drugstores now as well. It claims 99% accuracy from 6 weeks! My doctor was skeptical, but it did accurately predict the gender of both of my nephews, so we'll see haha. They're pretty active on Instagram if you want to learn more about how it works.

    I really want to find out the gender but last time I was told I was having a boy (via u/s) and ended up having a girl! She is incredible and I wouldn’t have it any other way but I feel like it’s better to not know then “think” I know haha. I wish these sneak peak tests were available where I am but they’re not
