Baby not connecting sleep cycles

Baby sleeps 30-45 minutes at a time in her bassinet. I can’t get anything done at all. She is always overtired so I contact sleep with her so she sleeps longer, usually an avg of 2 hours. I feel like I’m getting her wake time right. She’s 10 weeks and at about 60-75 mins wake periods. She takes 4 naps a day with contact napping. When she wakes in her bassinet there is no complaining or crying usually. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong but it’s so unsustainable. I’m going crazy. We get her to sleep by walking around and holding her for about 10-20 mins.

You're doing a great job, you know? Just ensure the bassinet is conducive to sleep - quiet, dark, and comfortable. And also, try to establish consistent sleep cues to signal nap time. like dimming lights of playing soothing music. Well, that's what I did before. Not sure if that would work for you but you can try.
