Bras!

Hi everyone. I am 11 weeks pregnant. I have definitely noticed that my boobs are very sore and growing. AH! I am trying to find some new bras because the ones I have are not comfortable. Any recommendations would be useful. I want to keep running and need a support bra that can help me do that. Also-any advice with buying bras throughout pregnancy if boobs keep growing??? Thanks!

    I'm a huge fan of the nursing bras and tanks from Aerie! They're pretty affordable too compared to lots of other dedicated nursing clothes companies.

    The bras are supportive and my regular size fit me through my last pregnancy and breastfeeding, my daughter is 13 months and still nursing so I still use them and they look new. My boobs and ribcage have been through lotsss of size changes since I bought them so they really do hold up! I did need a bra extender for the last few weeks of pregnancy and a couple months postpartum, but those are easy to find. 

    The tanks are great too but probably more suited for nursing and not during pregnancy, I can't see the same size fitting through all of that.

    I second Aerie! I haven't used any of their nursing bras yet but they're wireless ones are super comfortable.

    SheFit bras! Someone recommended to me and it’s been a run saver! A little pricy but 100% adjustable and hoping to use it through no matter the changes

    I found that my boobs largely got bigger in the beginning and we're a pretty similar size until the end. Then breastfeeding they went up loads again. So your probably good to get a couple of pregnancy bras now. I'd recommend getting some bra extenders and for right at the end some elasticated bra extenders. 

    Last pregnancy I got a cough at 16w and ended up tearing a rib mucle because my bra was too tight in the band. 0/10 do not recommend. Thanks for reminding me though as I definitely need to go and get some new bras.
