Third Trimester Brags

Whether it's inconsiderate comments ("wow, are you sure there's only one?"), unsolicited advice ("don't get an epidural, they're dangerous"), the return of first trimester icks ("get that stinky garlic away from me"), or just achy bulls**t (really don't know how people can sleep with a melon on their abdomen), the third trimester isn't always a blast. Here's a nice space for us to brag about things, big or small, only other pregnant moms would understand and appreciate.

I'll go first, yesterday I pushed through fatigue, made myself dinner, and did a load of dishes. I know, I'm amazing.

    OMG, yes, you are amazing! 🌟 Seriously, getting through the day with any extra task done in the third trimester deserves a medal! 🏅 I remember those days, feeling like a penguin waddling around, so girl, props to you!

    I'll share too—I managed to tie my own shoes yesterday without help or a major breathing exercise! Might seem small, but it felt like a huge win to me! 😂 Let's keep celebrating these victories, no matter how tiny they might seem! 💪

    Yay for small and big victories 🥳 honestly they all feel big now that the 3rd trimester is here! Yesterday I survived sitting on a playground bench for over half hour in 85 degree weather while I watched my 6 year old play. I even got up at one point to buy him a chocolate ice cream (half of which went all over his face lol)

    Passed my 3 hour glucose! Although barely so I need to watch it. Any day I roll out to bed and go to work is a win at this point. I put in leave starting July 1 so hopefully that gives me the last 2 weeks to relax before baby comes.

    i’m feeling so proud! this morning when i woke up i set up my toddlers pool and water table outside on a tarp with a cooler filled with watermelon and popsicles and we had a really fun pool party with his friends! he had a blast and i’m so glad it went so well! 🥹🥳😍 feeling like a super mama! 
    and ladies i love the encouragement we all have for eachother, cheers to us for kicking ass in the 3rd trimester 😎

    I chaperoned my kindergarteners field trip yesterday. We left at 8:30 and got back to school at 11:30. Held in my pee the whole time! lol I signed up to chapeeone for another field trip in June to a minor league baseball game and I’m now stressing about how I’ll make it through without going peee every 5 minutes.

    Two weeks left of school and I haven’t called out yet lol! 
    But seriously, through testing and keeping these wild children managed all day I am WORE OUT! 
    There is pregnant tired, and then there is teaching Kindergarten in your third trimester pregnant and going home to a 2 y/o TIRED 🥱
