May Symptoms

How is everyone feeling? Are you seeing the light at the end of the (first trimester) tunnel?

I got put on Zofran yesterday, which I'm super nervous about because I take cipralex for anxiety and depression so I have to get regular ECGs over the next couple weeks to monitor my heart.
I also have low blood pressure which is causing vision and dizziness issues.
On the whole tho, my energy levels are starting to get better so I'm feeling hopeful (and anxious because the symptoms were reassuring).

I got zofran too, it worked well last pregnancy so I’m hoping it’ll do the trick this time around as well. Overall I’ve been sort of able to manage the nausea by eating small portions frequently but as soon as I go too long without food, it’s game over. I won’t be able to pick up the meds until tomorrow so I’m hanging in there! No light at the end of the tunnel yet, I didn’t feel relief from nausea until almost 20 weeks last pregnancy and I’m only 11 weeks now…

Other than nausea, acne had taken over my face, chest and back. I feel so gross. I’m acne prone to begin with but it’s just next level now. I know it’ll pass but ugh.

  • 12 weeks and finally getting some energy back! Made it to a barre class, which had been impossible the last 3 months. Boobs are so sore I can’t lie on my stomach. The mild food aversions continue…

I’ve got acne too! My whole chin area broke out and won’t clear up.
  • I'm definitely starting to come out of the first trimester systems. Which has been a bit earlier this time but only by about a week. My fatigue has been better which has been great to be able to do more than go to work and do the bare minimum at home. I'm looking forward to the second trimester and having a proper bump and it not being a secret any more. And most of all feeling the baby move which was around the 14w mark with my other two.

I had a private ultrasound last week and everything was looks good. They're measuring one day behind so pretty much to my dates, I saw the heartbeat and them have a little wiggle around.
  • 12 weeks here and getting over the constant nausea. Lots of heartburn and still so many food and smell aversions.

I got to see little one today on our 12 week ultrasound! Lots of wiggling and must have been itchy because there was a lot of head scratching and face rubbing. So cute.
  • I'm at 13 weeks, and most of my nausea and fatigue slowly got better around week 10/11.
But in the last few days I've had quite a lot of (I'm guessing gas, but maybe growing) cramping. Usually wakes me up for an hour or so at night too.
Other than that, the main symptoms seemed to be aggressive but only lasted 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Im 14weeks so far so good but im startimg to feel symptoms of uti . I cant wait to get to the Dr tomorrow and get on antibiotics. im panicking though i wont lie. But other than that i feel normal again😁😁
  • I’m 14 weeks tomorrow! So far I haven’t had any fatigue or food aversions. That said, I’ve been constantly hungry, had really sore boobs and have been extremely tired. This is the first week that I’ve started to feel a small decline in those 3 symptoms so yayyy!!
