Recurrent ear infection 4 months old

My baby is 15 weeks old and has already had two ear infections. The most recent one was about two weeks ago. We’ve finished the antibiotics but after a couple days it seems like it either hasn’t gone away or she has another one? I’m so confused, I don’t know what we’re doing wrong and I don’t think it’s a sleep regression. I just gave her Tylenol and that’s finally helped her nap. Is anyone else going through the same or have advice? This seems very young and I’m not even sure she can get tubes at this age.

    My daughter had an ear infection at 14 weeks- we tried ear drops from our midwife (approved by pediatrician) with olive oil and mullein- it cleared up in a few days and have had zero recurrences. She’s now 22 weeks old.
