Worsening pelvic pain after ultrasound

in 1st Trimester
I just had my first ultrasound 2 days ago at 11 weeks. Everything looked fine, baby’s heart rate was good and baby was moving around quite a bit so I felt at ease. But afterward, I was a little crampy. Yesterday I was okay but today I’ve been in so much pain on the left side of my pelvis. It’s worse depending on the position I’m in and don’t have any bleeding so not sure if I should be worried. This is also my 2nd pregnancy and my first ended with a c-section so wondering if it’s just scar tissue causing pain? Idk. Sorry if I sound stupid.

    Is it in the front of the pelvis, by the pubic bone/hip bones/your scar? Or is it more vaginal?

    It was more toward the front, close to where the doppler was being pressed during my ultrasound. I’m thinking I was just bruised because I’m okay today. No pain at all as of this morning, thankfully.
