Abnormal Testing?

Anyone do an early glucose test and they did a nueral tube test at the same time. It came back abnormal for OSB (open spina bifida). My dr said they have false positives all the time but when I research false positives are not as common as she made it sound. I see a specialist Friday. I’m so nervous. Blood pressure through the roof. I’m 19 weeks Friday. First baby. 4 rounds of ivf. Finally did donor egg and got pregnant. We did 2 rounds of genetic testing all came back clear
