Progesterone in oil injection while on the go

Hey y’all! I am doing progesterone in oil injections every evening at 8pm. Some nights, though, I’m not home. I have to pick up a kid at 2pm, take them to two different outside practices, get to their home by 6, and then not back at my own home until about 10pm.

I’m worried about taking my vial of progesterone with me because it’ll be in a hot car for maybe an hour or so and in the car the other time with the ac still on.

Do y’all think it’ll be okay, just take the stuff I need in a bag with an ice pack? Also, do y’all think I could go ahead and prep the injection at home, meaning get it in the appropriate needle, and just take the needle, still with an ice pack for the hot car.

Also I have to travel to our family farm every weekend. I was going to put everything in a cooler with a small ice pack. It doesn’t need to be refrigerated but I’m worried about the Texas heat

I wouldn't put it in ice because of the oil. I have traveled with it, but not with ice. Can you not carry it with you in a small bag?
