Yes, no idea why but I’m taking it as training for when my belly is bigger. At end of my last pregnancy small dinners were my friend or else I couldn’t sleep due to heartburn.
For me, first tri I was always starving and ate every 2 hours small meals to help with the nausea- woke up in middle of night hungry, woke up in the morning hungry- felt like I was non-stop hungry…. now in the second tri there are days I am just not that hungry. I still eat because I know I should but it does worry me if it’s ok to not be hungry more often…..
I feel this, I always eat every 2 hours morning all the way until lunch time, then when dinner rolls around, I'm surprisingly full. But of course, around 8pm is when my stomach growls and she kicks me all throughout the night. I've never been a late night eater person. So, I try to resist all the way until the next morning.
