Baby sitting very low

I’m 18 weeks pregnant 2 days and my baby is sitting really low. He is sitting 5cm under my belly button. Almost so low some days I feel his hand will come out and wave to me when I’m on the toilet. Has anyone else experienced baby feeling this low? Any tips to help the pressure in my vagina?

    have you tried a belly band to help lift baby up a bit? that’s what helped me with my first pregnancy. also not lifting anything and staying off my feet as much as possible

    At 18wk, (5wk ago), I had both twins still so low they were beneath my pelvis still, and both head down.  No matter if I was standing, sitting, laying, moving, etc, I had excruciating pain in my pubic bones all day and night and just sat around w heat and ice pack on the bone itself.  MFM said its unusual but not dangerous (to them at least). They have finally, just a few days ago, moved upwards a little which has lessened the pain somewhat, but doctor said the ligaments holding pubic bones together down there are now too loose bc of relaxin and having them
    so low so long, so it’s likely to be continually painful until I can get into PT and injections post c-section.
