New symptom!

This is my first week in my 3rd trimester and I have noticed I have this weird pressure feeling that starts in the center of my upper abdomen and goes up my chest. It only lasts a few seconds, but it happens off and on throughout the day. Is it my diaphragm and/or stomach being pushed up? I looked it up online and wasn’t able to find anything and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this sensation? I have an appt with my doctor next week, but thought I would reach out here in the meantime :)

    Could be contractions. I’m almost 37 weeks and when I talked to my doctor about pressure like that, she said it was probably my Braxton hicks contractions
