  I had to get a cooling gel pillow on top of already using satin pillowcases because I’ve been  so sweaty at night. I’ll go to bed cold because I’ve cranked the AC, and wake up to pee dripping in sweat - especially my neck. It’s awful. But the cooling gel helps a little! I just need to move from one side to the other periodically, otherwise it just soaks up my heat and doesn’t work anymore. 😅
