Hi all! Water, even ice water, makes me incredibly nauseous. I can’t do juices either. I’ve tried adding flavor drops to water, but no. What has everyone been doing to stay hydrated? Thank you!
I like seltzer, coconut water and herb tea! But I don’t know if that will help you much. If ginger is okay for you, you could try making ginger tea and sipping on that - I’ve found that really helpful at times.
@bequietgera If you're having trouble keeping down water or other drinks you might want to talk to your doctor. When that happened to me they had me go on nausea meds to prevent dehydration.
I totally get how frustrating it is when you feel nauseous! If you little love nugget allows it - milk is hydrating and gives you that calcium you need, but I get this might be too heavy. I also have been enjoying hot Jasmine tea which has helped with my nausea. If the nausea is bad peppermint tea is my go too. Hope this helps!
