Bleeding through a panty liner every few hours at 6 weeks could it be fine?

This is my first pregnancy where I've passed blood. After being intimate with my partner this morning I had light pink bleeding and thought nothing of it. I went to work and discovered my panty liner had bright red blood on it. It never gushed or oozed out it was only when I wiped but it was steady. I went to bed around 12am woke up at 4 to another panty liner soaked and a stingy clump in the toilet about the size of a few strands of hair. I've talked to a few woman and apparently according to them bleeding in pregnancy is common and no cause for concern because I'm not having any pain. To be honest I'm shocked so many women have bled through pregnancy yet it's comforting to know. Has anyone been through this and been fine? I see the ob tomorrow.

    I'm going through this currently! I'm trying to stay calm cause there's no pain. But I didn't bleed like this with my first so it's definitely nerve racking..

    I would definitely call your doctor if you haven’t already. I was spotting for a week around 12 weeks they checked and baby was fine but my spotting was brown and was not filling a pad. My doctor told me if it changed to red in color or I was filling a pad within an hour that I needed to call them back to get checked out.
