I've posted this in other threads but I really liked Emily Oster's books. Her book for pregnancy is called Expecting Better. I'm a data nut and her approach was helpful for parsing conflicting information.Β
Iβve been listening to the audio version of Mama Natural. I donβt necessarily think Iβm THAT crunchy, but I do like how she presents pregnancy week by week and is a certified midwife. I also cleared out my libraryβs entire pregnancy shelf. So Iβve got a stack of about 15 books next to my bed to try and sort through! Iβm glad my library allows endless checkouts and no late fees! π
I've really enjoyed Dear Future Mama by Meghan Trainor. There's useful in there from experts she consulted with, and her tone is just so nice and supportive. I'm NOT loving Your Pregnancy Week by Week by Glade B. Curits and Judith Schuler. I know it has a ton of useful scientifically accurate information, and I intend to keep reading it, but the tone is super unpleasant and judgmental.
Is the any pregnancy books out there for multiples? I just found out Iβm expecting twins.
Check your local library. I cleared out their pregnancy section, and although there wasnβt one specific book about multiples, there was a section or mixed into the info in each of the books about multiples.Β
