Diaper Bag Choice?

Starting to piece together a registry and just wondering what types of diaper bags everyone might be considering? I found a used Patagonia black hole 25 liter backpack for a good price. I’m liking that it has 2 exterior water bottle pockets, because we’re expecting twins and they will be good for holding bottles. It’s a little on the big side at 21” long x 11” wide x 5” deep, but I’m concerned the 5” depth may not be deep enough. But the bag’s material should stand up to a few years of abuse. I would love to hear from some second or third time moms for diaper bag advice! Thank you!

    I always suggest a back pack style. They are so much easier to lug around. I'm still using the one I got 6 years ago for my first it's the Eddie Bauer back pack.

    I second the backpack style. I wish I would have spent a little more on quality last time, my straps started to tear but it was a cheap Amazon diaper bag so it wasn’t a big deal. It’s so easy to toss on and go, and my DH doesn’t mind carrying it either

    Yes on a backpack style! The first one we got was messenger bag style but I found that since it was big that I would keep stuffing it with more diapers and bottles and clothes. I ended up getting a simple regular backpack in black and it helped me cut down to the essentials, kept my hands free, and it was easy for either of us to grab and go with my son

    Fawn design backpack diaper bags have served me well! I bought a new one for baby #3, just because the other straps were a little stained. Fashionable, comfortable and they hold a ton

    i plan on going for the ayla mini diaper bag, it seems like the perfect size for my singleton, plus i HATE the huge bags 😮‍💨 but for twins i would recommend their regular size diaper bag. it’s on the higher end of a typical budget but i heard they last SOOO long in good condition
