Flu

Has anyone gotten the Flu while pregnant?? I’m a teacher and just had a flu test come back positive. Everything online says pre term labor etc… I’m nervous!

    Stay away from Google.  If you just tested positive for the flu watch your breathing and fever.  Keep fluids up and tyenol.  If you have any concerns contact your doctor office- they will give you better answers than Google

    Thanks harpseal135! Fever stayed away yesterday for day 4 and had today. Just a nasty cough with some phlegm comes up. I stayed off google and have my 33 week app next Wednesday which will be an ultrasound 😊

    I got covid in November... The worst that happened to me was a small tear in my placenta, from the excessive coughing, but my body naturally healed it on its own. It sucks being sick, just eat lots of fruit (watermelon was so key!) And lots and lots of tea and water!
