Thoughts on a name

My husband and I have an unusual name possibility -honestly I have never seen it before. We both had a dream in the same night years ago about our baby. In mine we called her LaLa and in his her name was Laamara. We both love this name a lot but have gotten weird looks when we mention it. 
Is it too weird and unusual?

    Is Laamara the one you are considering? It's very odd to me especially the spelling. Maybe you can find another L name.

    The double a at the beginning is especially odd, as it’s not super common in English and will get misspelled a lot. I think any L name could be shortened to Lala. Even some non-L names

    I don’t mind that name but I do agree that the double a stands out. What about Lamara?

    I get the weird double a. I like Lamara as an adjustment!
