When do you normal start leaking from breast? I am currently 23 weeks 4 days. When should I start seeing my breast leak? First pregnancy!

    With both my kids it took a few days after birth for the milk to start flowing.

    with my first pregnancy i was leaking actively when i was put on pitocin to induce labor. i was super engorged so i don’t think it was the pitocin’s doing, but i know i had milk ready at least a week before due date, it just didn’t leak until the due date which was when i went to get induced. im in my second pregnancy now, 20 weeks but no milk yet :)

    I never leaked at all until 2 weeks after birth when I finally started producing milk. I was able to exclusively breastfeed for a year so don’t worry if you don’t have anything yet!
