Good Evening,
I'm 11 weeks pregnant and currently use Peloton for strength and cardio (bootcamps, boxing, hitt tread hikes & spinning). Im looking for a more structured strength program for prenatal. Has anyone used the following programs or recommend another. I typically use moderate dumbells.
