How can I be sure

I had 4 positive home tests. 3 yesterday (day before expected period) and 1 today. I’d be right at 4 weeks. My primary care doc can’t get me in until Feb 6. I’ve only been off the pill for a month, but it’s possible I conceived on the day I was ovulating. How can I know for sure right now, and how can I not stress? We told our parents just because I couldn’t not, but I’m so worried it’s not real. I’m exhausted, mood swinging like crazy, and starving all the time.

    A home test is accurate enough to know that you’re pregnant. Feb 6 is pretty soon anyway. A way to not stress about it is to tell yourself other than taking a prenatal, eating healthy, and refraining from harmful substances, there’s not much you can do to control the outcome so it’s best not to worry about it.
