Can my boss change my schedule when I come back from maternity leave?

Hey I'm just curious as to what my rights are with maternity leave. I understand I'll be leaving work for a whole three months and my boss will have to change things around. Am I guaranteed the same scheduling I had as before I take leave or just my position back? I have a younger daughter I only get to see on the weekends and I'm sure for the three months I'm gone someone else will be filling my mon-Fri roll. Once I come back am I entitled to the same schedule I had before I left?

    Not sure about what’s legally protected. It might just be position/pay/FT status. I would just talk to your supervisor and explain that you’ll need the same schedule when you return.
