Re: Healthy Habits - December
I also would like to start eating a healthier diet. I had a fairly balanced diet pre-pregnancy, but that went out the window when I was feeling so awful.
DS1: May 2016
DS2: Jan 2019
Baby #3 EDD: 6/18/24
This was one of my early symptoms before I had taken a pregnancy test. I knew what to look for as I have occasionally experienced shortness of breath from really bad allergies. It was persistent all day and I felt winded going up a few flights of stairs to get into work!
That being said, you can keep doing everything that you want to do to stay active in pregnancy as long as you can do those activities safely.
winded walking up the stairs and was thinking I was super out of shape haha
I also subscribed to the Pregnancy and Postpartum TV youtube channel. Interested to see what they offer.
She was due in June 2022, so you can pretty much follow along with her dates wise to be around the same point in your pregnancy as her. The programs in order are Activate (January - Weeks 16-19), Crush (February - Weeks 20-23), Energy (March - Weeks 24-27), Momentum (April - Weeks 28-32), Push (May - Weeks 33-36), and June 2022 Program (Weeks 37-40)
Also tagging @feli14 since I think you originally asked about YouTube workouts
I've also heard good things about Expecting and Empowered, but that's an app you have to pay for.
