Severe cramping with sex

Hi all, I’m on my third baby. I’ve never experienced this but my husband and I were being intimate and a few seconds after he ejaculated in me I had severe cramping and almost like a contraction. It was intense. I didn’t find much on google except that the hormone in seman can cause this, but curious if anyone experienced this before.
