Help! No LH surge

I am on CD 10 and still no LH surge. My cervical mucus is nearly dry. Yesterday it was sticky. Premom app said I’m supposed to ovulate on CD11 but still no LH surge. I test 3 times a day, see image. Can someone tell me if there’s something wrong? Or am I testing too early or is Premom inaccurate? Flo is saying I’ll ovulate on Sunday and Pregmate is saying I’ll ovulate on Tuesday. I’m so confused
