Hey y’all, I didn’t think I would be in a situation where I’m pregnant and breastfeeding (LO just turned one and I’m in the midst of weaning) but here I am! I’m having a super hard time getting enough protein for all the supplying and growing I’m doing especially since no meat is really appealing to me right now. Just wondered if anyone has any ideas about how to keep up my protein intake when nothing sounds or tastes good…
Also struggling hard to stay hydrated as water isn’t appealing to me much either with the way my stomach has been feeling. Any and all help is welcome!
