    Have you made an apt to see your doc? One of the articles I read on here said it's normal to have no symptoms or for them to change as our hormones are fluctuating

    That happened a little bit with me this pregnancy, but baby has a heart beat! I miscarried last time around 6 but also had bleeding for three weeks before it happened. are you cramping,spotting?

    Yes I’m spotting no cramping 2 weeks already spotting

    I've asked my obstetrician about this, as my symptoms tend to fluctuate as well, and they've assured me that it's perfectly normal. There's even a group of -very lucky- women who don't have any first trimester symptoms at all.

    Stress won't do you any favours, so if you're really worried, I'd recommend you contact your health care provider about it.
