    3. How are you feeling about being AMA? Indifferent. It hasn't been any different than my previous pregnancies at this point. Maybe that will change closer to my due date.

    First time AMA
    Feeling a little more anxious this go around, despite very similar symptoms. Hoping all shows well at the next US at 12 weeks and further testing is not required! 🤞🏻

    1. Age Now / Age at Delivery: 38, most likely 39 (due date is 4 days after my birthday)

    2. FTM / STM+? If STM+, is this your first AMA? STM, last time I was also AMA

    3. How are you feeling about being AMA? Just fine. I love that I already know the gender thanks to NIPT. I switched providers and lost most of my extra ultrasounds (now only have an extra growth ultrasound at 32 weeks).

    2. FTM / STM+? If STM+, is this your first AMA? I was 35 with my last baby 
    3. How are you feeling about being AMA? Okay. The OB I saw a few weeks ago told me I have a 1/53 change of a chromosomal issue given my age so that wasn’t super reassuring. Eager to get our NIPT results. I’m Also still debating between OB and midwife. I need to decide soon!!

    @jenEP I think you may have previously said you have experience with midwives, but I just switched and after my first appointment couldn't be happier with my decision! Sending you good vibes for your NIPT results!

    @curlyandpreggo did you switch to or from midwives? I used the OB clinic for my first and the midwives for the last 2 babies. The OB clinic does more monitoring (32 week US and weekly NSTs at the end). My midwife clinic doesn’t do any extra monitoring unless something comes up.

    @jenEP I switched to midwives. My OB did a TON of extra ultrasounds and the midwives do very little extra (32 week growth US is all they mentioned) - I’m a little sad I’ll miss out on some extra glimpses of the baby but still feel like my midwives are doing what’s needed.

    3rd time mom.  Have an 11 and a 10 year old! Big gap between!  Feels like I’m a first time mom again. 

    3. How are you feeling about being AMA? 
    Feeling great. Had my first visit with high risk Dr and just a few extra precautions but all my tests (NIPT) and scans have been healthy. Getting time away from work to go to extra appointments will be a pain but overall I’m feeling pretty good!
