Root Canal in first trimester

Have to get a root canal done due to infected tooth. Has anyone had to have one done in first trimester. Concerned because the dentist said they use less numbing then normal bc of pregnancy.

    Lidocaine is perfectly safe, your dentist should still use enough to keep you comfortable. If they aren’t willing to do this find somebody who will.
