I don't think so (there are supplemental plans your employer can buy, but it makes no sense for a company to sell that to individuals- in order for insurance companies to make money, people have to use less than they pay for, on average; it only makes sense if most people pay for the coverage and don't use it), but there are options. After my insurance was maxed out, I applied for assistance through one of the medication companies (I think it was called Compassionate Care, for Gonal-F). It's income based, but can make a dent in a huge expense. I think other drug companies have similar programs. Other options include international pharmacies, international clinics, getting a second job at a place that provides coverage (I've heard Starbucks offers fertility coverage even to part time employees, but my info is old so you'll want to confirm), and clinics with deals (like pay for 2 cycles and get the third cycle free). Be thankful you had any coverage, most Americans are paying completely out of pocket!
