Choroid plexus cyst

I I had my 20 week ultrasound and they found this choroid plexus cyst they said it has the possibly of being associated with Down syndrome. I am panicking has anyone else ultrasound shown this and has an reassuring words ?

    My kiddo had one, plus two other "markers." Went to high risk doctor and ruled everything to be normal and the odds of having issues were very low.  She is happy, healthy and doing amazing.
