Pregnancy 2 months after missed MC??

I had a MMC and took Misoprostol August 9th. I went for a F/U US and my OB said everything had cleared and my uterus was “picture perfect” however I had a 5cm cyst on my R ovary. She scheduled me for a F/U US for the cyst on Halloween, but something told me to take a PG test this morning & it was positive. I’ll be honest and say that I wasn’t tracking my HCG to 0 because we weren’t trying to conceive again just yet so I’m wondering if I could still have a positive almost 2 most post MC? Or if I’m pregnant again. I’m scared to call my OB because she said she wanted me to wait to TTC for atleast 2-3 cycles but I only had 1 🥲

    I had a miscarriage on august 25 and we are trying again. I’m not sure about your question but sending you best wishes for a healthy pregnancy! I didn’t track down to zero either, but had some travel and not sure I want to continue going to that doctors office as they weren’t very informative when they told me I would have a miscarriage. Feeling a little lost on having to try and find an OB. Best wishes!
