Horrible Nausea HELP

I am so nauseous all the time, day and night. It’s unbearable, and I don’t know how I’m going to survive it. What can I do??

Re: Horrible Nausea HELP

  • I find small, frequent meals help, and staying hydrated but like even more than required pre-pregnancy. Ginger chews. Preggy pops. Also talk to your dr - don’t suffer when you don’t have to!!
  • Loading the player...
  • Cold foods help too. Baby carrots, refrigerated clementines and apples, cucumbers, snacking cheese (I like tillamook cheddar in single serve packets) etc. keep a constant flow of snacking or small meals throughout the day. Keep crackers, muffin, pretzels, or piece of bread on nightstand throughout the night. Chocolate milk helps me get protein in without the aversion to milk (I can’t stand the smell/taste rn).

The nausea will still be there but will be more manageable. I find getting out of the house helps too, idk if it’s distraction? Take a walk around target or something, listen to a podcast
  • I was like that with my oldest and zofran was the only thing that helped. If none of the ladies suggestions work, talk to your ob about zofran.
  • I have the same issue and my doctor said B6 in combination with unisome (?) … I’ll take it at night and it lets me at least sleep through.
Snacking is hard when you’re constantly nauseas so I totally feel ya 😩
  • Try some nectarine juice!  It’s not super easy to find, your local health food store may have it.  I know several women who had success with it when nothing else worked
