  • Month/Cycle: 5/5

    CD: 20

WAYDTGKU: cutting all processed foods, limiting caffeine intake, focusing on eating more vegetables and less starchy foods. Cut white sugar and switched to honey and maple syrup. Using opks, checky cm, and BDing.

R/R: enjoying the cooler weather. Although it's still a little to warm for my sweaters. Noticing a ton of acorns dropping already... sign of a snowy winter apparently! Wouldn't mind that. We haven't really had a big snow storm in a few years.

  • @kbru88 I never knew that about acorns! I love snow and wish I lived somewhere I could enjoy it more, but being in a city means our snow turns to dirty slush right away and the bits that don't just wind up freezing over

  • @winterecho my friends have a giant oak tree. And they say when the acorns start dropping so much that people are using umbrellas; it's always ends up being a heavy snowy winter. They have tested this theory for 35 years and it's never been wrong they say!
